Bare Minerals

Costco is now selling a Bare Minerals (make-up) starter kit! Its only $39.00 at Costco and online or through the TV, its more than $60.00 so this is a great deal!
You do get one less blush brush, but still! Its a good deal, so if you use Bare Minerals, check it out at Costco!

OOOOOOOOooooh!!! I definitely need to make a Costco run now. I always buy my refills from the B.E. store and that gets pricey at $25 a piece. Plus brushes that I need to replace every year or so.
Fun stuff. I think we were going anyway this coming Saturday.

That is a good deal! I forget... what comes in the starter kit?

you get the 2 foundations, bisque, bare radiance, and warmth, with mineral veil. I think the bisque may not come with the Costco set. Then you get an all over blush brush and a smaller concealer brush.

I've never heard of this brand. Is it supossed to be a better makeup? I usually just use Cover Girl.

What?! I've been a terrible sister! Amber... I've never told you about mineral make up?? I'm sorry... I've failed you (sadly, I'm mostly serious here).
Yes, mineral makeup is awesome and very good for your skin. Instead of all the fillers and junk that's in cover girl and those other liquid foundations and heavy creams, it is pure, natural minerals (from the earth) and it blends with your skin, without sinking in your creases and encouraging wrinkles and such.
You would love it and the price isn't bad, because it lasts a long time! You end up just looking radiant and not like you're wearing makeup and all cakey, or with that line of demarcation, etc...
I know this is a long post, but I'm hoping it answers any other questions more of you might have.
Go to bareminerals.com and read up on it. Its great stuff! You can sleep in it, without having it harm your skin! Sheer Cover is apparently another good mineral makeup line, but I've not used it.

So... how's that for a product plug?

Pretty good plug I must say. I don't have a Costco membership so i might have to have you pick me up a kit;)

Hmmmm... don't buy anything! Hold out for Christmas. Jeremy won't mind that as your "family gift" right? There's something in it for him too. :)
I still need to ask Jason what he'd like us to do about the gifts. I noticed today that Costco has the all about eyes set for only $29.99 (which is more than half off!) and the face kit I took a closer look at today and its not exactly what you get in the mail, but close enough!
